- Enquiry form: When you submit the enquiry form, your inputs (name, email, phone, details) are composed into a WhatsApp message and opened in your own WhatsApp application. NERA does not receive this data until you press Send in WhatsApp. The data is then handled between you and the NERA team via WhatsApp.
- Simulators: Some interactive simulators (such as the Pink Dolphin 50-day challenge) store progress data in your browser's local storage or session storage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to any server.
- Third-party services: The website uses Google Fonts (loaded from Google's CDN) and may load resources from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. These third-party services may collect basic request data (such as IP address) in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The NERA website does not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. Session storage is used only to remember AI voice greeting state within a single browser session, and this data is never transmitted externally.
